Terms of Service

1. Service Description

Realestate-Reel provides AI-generated real estate listing videos with professional voice-over in multiple languages. Videos are created using the content, images, and property details you submit through our platform.

2. Account Registration

To use our services, you must create an account with a valid email address. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities under your account.

3. Pricing and Payment

All prices are listed in Swiss Francs (CHF). Payments are securely processed via Stripe. Current pricing:

• Single Video: CHF 149
• 10 Video Pack: CHF 990 (CHF 99 per video)

Prices are subject to change. Active credits purchased at a previous price remain valid.

4. No Refunds Policy

All sales are final. No refunds will be issued.

Realestate-Reel videos are generated on-demand using artificial intelligence and personalized content you provide. Once a purchase is completed and credits are granted, the transaction is considered final as a digital product/service. This applies regardless of whether the credits have been used.

By completing a purchase, you expressly acknowledge and agree that:

• AI-generated content is delivered as a digital product
• Results may vary based on the quality of submitted content
• No refunds, returns, or chargebacks are available
• You waive any right of withdrawal under applicable consumer protection laws for digital content

5. Credits

Credits are granted upon successful payment confirmation. One credit equals one video generation. Credits do not expire. If video generation fails due to a verified system error on our end, the credit will not be consumed and you may retry at no additional cost.

6. Content Rights and Responsibilities

You represent and warrant that you have the necessary rights and permissions for all photos, text, and content submitted to our platform. You grant us a non-exclusive license to use submitted content solely for the purpose of generating your video(s). Generated videos may be used freely by you for marketing and commercial purposes.

7. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use Realestate-Reel for any unlawful purpose, to submit fraudulent or misleading property information, or to attempt to reverse-engineer our AI technology.

8. Limitation of Liability

Realestate-Reel is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee specific results, video quality, or outcomes. Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid for the specific service in question. We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.

9. Data Protection

Your data is processed in accordance with our Privacy Policy and applicable Swiss and EU data protection laws.

10. Modifications

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Continued use of the platform after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

11. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

These Terms are governed by the laws of Switzerland. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Zug, Switzerland.
